Eggbeater.
Understand the body position, leg action and rhythm behind an effective eggbeater kick, and learn how to teach the movement progressively.
Water polo freestyle.
Learn how freestyle changes when it is adapted for water polo, including body position, head position, awareness and movement through the water.
Catching & throwing.
Build a sound foundation for receiving and delivering the ball, including hand position, body position, movement and the basic mechanics of passing and shooting.

Position, posture, alternating leg action, balance and movement. Learn simple progressions that help players develop a reliable eggbeater.

Explore the differences between traditional freestyle and the swimming technique required to move efficiently while playing water polo.

Develop a consistent technical foundation for catching and throwing, then learn how to build those skills into simple practical exercises.
