Fast4 is a short-form Auckland competition played on Sundays through November. It is open to players aged 16 and over and is designed to create quick, high-involvement water polo.

The 2026 Fast4 season runs across five Sundays.
Sunday only.
All Fast4 competition games are scheduled on Sundays.
$450 incl. GST.
Team entry fee for the 2026 Auckland Fast4 League.
16+ minimum.
Players must be at least 16 years old to take part in the Fast4 League.
