Gold for North Harbour, Atlantis in Auckland Under 14 League

The Under 14 Auckland Water Polo League concluded last night, with Atlantis and North Harbour taking the girls and boys titles respectively.

The Atlantis Tridents had an undefeated season, besting North Harbour Maroon for the girls title following an earlier draw between the two teams. The Tridents had drawn with 4th placed Mountfort early in the league, but claimed the rest of their victories convincingly.

The North Harbour Maroon boys were also undefeated in the league, making them the favourites for the title, which they claimed with a 8-4 over Sea Wolf Black. Marist Red took the bronze medal, beating North Harbour’s Black team.

Congratulations also to Sea Wolf Grey and Atlantis White who took out the Division 2 boys and girls titles respectively.
