Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Secretary of Auckland Water Polo Inc (“AWP”) hereby gives notice (through clause 20 Transition Clause of the New Constitution) that the AGM will be held at 7pm on Thursday 28th May 2026 and calls for:

1. Nominations for the positions listed below and those who have already put their names forward:

   1. Chairperson: Matt Southerden

   2. Secretary: Kevin Ellyett

   3. Treasurer: Stephen Bell

   4. Referee Representative: Andrew Churches

2. Any notices of motion;

3. Any proposed Rule amendments, and

4. Any proposed Regulation amendments.

All items referred to in (a) to (d) above must be emailed to secretary@aucklandwaterpolo.co.nz by 5pm on 20th April 2026.
